EGY was brought on board once the design was already significantly advanced. We quickly immersed ourselves in the project, taking the time to step back and fully understand the challenges before driving the design forward.

Working closely with the development team and contractor, we rapidly progressed the design to Stage 4, providing the detailed input needed to unlock planning. Our approach streamlined the process and removed the local planning authority’s pre-commencement conditions, enabling the project to move into construction without delay.
